Shipping Policy

All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you within 2-5 working days, subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional check on your payment which may delay your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow 3-5 working day, once your order has been accepted for it to be dispatched. We will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock. 

The standard delivery charge is per order, regardless of how many items are ordered. (This is non refundable)

* Senses will question university halls of residence or any similar university accommodation when given as a delivery address. This is due to the vulnerability of university campus addresses. If an address of this nature is provided at checkout, an investigation on the address will take place and if we do not see fit to send we will ask you to provide an alternative delivery address. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order.  


Senses insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Senses Ltd and transferal of responsibility in the same way.



UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. Local VAT & Duties will be applied to all other EU destinations.  As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Boulevard is unable to advise the amount this may be.

Non EU customers will receive 20% VAT discount on their order once they have reached the checkout page.
This can be calculated by dividing the displayed item price by 1.2. If you simply reduce the price by 20% this WILL NOT be correct as the discount is only applied to the VAT  inclusive amount.


Uk delivery is within 3-5 working days from your order being placed. All of our UK parcels are shipped by Interlink and delivery will be made on the next working day from dispatch of your goods from the Senses distribution centre.

Delivery is Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and will usually be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Delivery is fully tracked and notifications via SMS and email are provided by our carrier. You will be provided with a delivery time window of an hour.

All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection. You can also nominate any of the above options yourself, before delivery is attempted, through the carriers tracking system.

Our carrier will attempt delivery twice and if both are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Senses. If our Online Customer Services receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five working days, the payment will be refunded (minus our delivery charge) and the parcel will not be resent.
